While the cost of a trip varies greatly depending on location, time of year, length of stay, caliber of hotels, number of tours and excursions planned, and more – a good starting point would be $500 per person per day excluding airfare.

A complimentary 15-minute consultation is done to ensure we are the right match for one another. Planning fees begin at $350 for a single destination for a party of four. Fee increases based on the complexity of the trip. Once hired, the fee is inclusive of research, planning, requesting of perks & upgrades, and arranging of services. Fees are non-refundable.
